Amazing how it works! Love this - where has it been all my life?!?

I use a third of the packet after brushing teeth. Rub it on my gums/teeth. It dissolved immediately. And I swish it around for 30-40 seconds and I do not spit it out as the probiotics are beneficial for entire digestive tract- you get less bang for your buck by spitting it out I think, and I noticed it settled my stomach. Great product for overall health.

I used to much mouthwash and threw off my oral balance. This is when “alcohol “ mouthwashes were a thing. Didn’t know that i needed to repopulate my oral bacteria. I’ve only used this for a couple days and my mouth feels so clean and moisturized. Doesn’t dry out mouth like mouthwashes do. I open a pack and put directly in my mouth because I read a review of someone who does it. Melts immediately. I gargle for five minutes. I’m also using twice a day for the first month then I’ll taper down to only at night. Has xylitol too which is very good for teeth. I’ll be using for a while.

I've done some research into the connection between oral health and systemic health, and have been looking for a product just like this, but couldn't find it. I'm so happy to have found MouthFlora - I love it! The ingredients are all very high quality and transparent, and I like how the product doesn't have any fillers.

I tried it once and couldn’t even open the package. Found a scissors, opened it, mixed with water and wasn’t exactly thrilled by the taste. The next day, my “burning mouth syndrome “ mouth felt better. Encouraged, I followed directions exactly. The taste is slightly acidic if you do it right. Hooray!

Swish and swallow, once the probiotics his your mouth you can feel them going to work. I must say that this product works better than regular mouth wash for me at least. I would recommend you give it a try!

Stop unattractive breath.

This product struck me as a smart idea to combat the bad bacteria in mouths. The science of probiotics for the belly is that increasing good bacteria would get rid of bad bacteria. (HDL and LDL cholestorol supposedly work in a similar way). The thought of using good bacteria to fight bad bacteria in the mouth seems really smart.

I have receding gums and in a tooth that receded when i use my nail there i feel discomfort, i am using this product for the prebiotics to help it battle the bacteria there, I like the flavor and 1 envelope i put in a little cup with 1 inch of warm water and stir it with the back of my toothbrush and when it fizzels i put it in my mouth and swish it for 1 minute, swallowing a little bit at the time. of course all of that after i brush my teeth. I'll buy more for a while since I see improvement
