We have been using the Mouthflora for over a week now . My mouth feels refreshed after using it at bedtime. There has not been any dry mouth issues at night since starting and my bad breath has gone away. Even my irritated cheek has healed.
Seem to make a big difference in improving my taste buds the first use. Pleasant taste, I think it is improving my tongue, it is no longer white!!
If i have a scratchy throat and I gargle this stuff and swallow I swear it will be gone by morning this stuff really regulates you mouth microbiome. It's not minty and does not have a smell so if that's what you're looking for that's not it. Yes you can swallow it, it's safe.
