I had no idea that traditional mouthwashes actually throw the oral biome out of balance - even the so called "healthy" ones with essential oils - but these all do the same thing - just with difference ingredients - they indiscriminately disrupt the oral biome. That's why I'm so glad to have found this mouthwash and company and learned about the benefits of actually balancing the mouth flora with selective probiotics and prebiotics. After using this mouthwash for just a few weeks, I've already noticed an improvement in my breath and my dry mouth.I just pour a packet of powder in a small glass and then pour a small amount of water into the glass, then mix and then drink. I gargle and swish for a full minute, and then I swallow. The amount of water I use is a comfortable mouthful. There's even a bit of effervescence, which I like.I use it after I brush in the morning and in the evening. Sometimes I even take the packets to restaurants and use after a meal. The packets are all individuals and equal to a serving, so they're easy to take on the go.

These are little packets that you mix with water, swish around in your mouth for a minute then spit out. You can also gargle with it. There is no minty flavor the only thing I taste is a very slight saltiness. It did make my mouth feel clean. Use once a day. These would be great for traveling.

They come in concentrated powders and they are very easy to use. I place it in a cup of water and I gurgle with it. It is too much for just me so me and my spouse would divide it together. It has so many probiotics and some prebiotics as well. I did have a bump in my mouth that decreased after using this twice. It does provide some good flora to your mouth.

This powder dissolves quickly when stirred into water, and the solution is tasteless. The hardest part is to keep it in my mouth for a full minute, but the good thing is that it isn't harmful if swallowed. It's not like a regular mouthwash that makes my breath smell fresher, but it restores the healthy environment in my mouth. I've been following a dentist recently who swears that the proper balance of pH and microorganisms in the mouth have as much or more to do with preventing cavities and gum disease as brushing does. I can't say whether that's true or not, but I've been using a packet of this to rinse after brushing my teeth at night and look forward to my next visit with the hygienist. What I can say for certain is that these packets are easy to use at home, and they would be a lot easier to take than a mouthwash bottle if travelling.

This "stuff" works! I have a cousin who suggested it in late June and after ordering, quickly the product came to me. Had taken it for about two weeks and the "sore tongue cuts & drry mouth" problems I had went away. (I had been till about that time been taking daily an O.T.C. allergy tablet for quite awhile...and stopped that which did help) No more "dry mouth" and the sore tongue healed. Many years
My wife & I have been taking probiotic capusles for many years...I believe in its "helping of digestion, etc"...But, this MouthFlora product fixed the problem. Even as I write this (8-18-2026) all is well! But...IF I need it for any "mouth problems", I still have several packets to get back on.

I've been using the mouthwash for a couple of weeks. I noticed within the first couple of days that the thrush issues were going away. My teeth feel cleaner and throat issues have vanished. I highly recommend this product.

I started using MouthFlora over a year ago, and I love it! My mouth always feels refreshed and clean, which is great! I love that I am keeping the good bacteria healthy. But, even better is that my gums always used to bleed when probed at the dentist’s office, but my gums have not bled at all since I started using MouthFlora! It is a remarkable product, and I would highly recommend it.

This product helps me keep up on my oral hygiene as best I can. I have trismus and can’t brush normally. While working through the opening of my jaw wider, Mouth Flora helps keep things clean—even the areas that I can’t reach with a brush. When my trismus gets better, I will continue to use this product. I personally think it is better than regular mouthwash.

We live in the U.K …… Ordered sachets for my wife when visiting Florida in May .
She is suffering from Oral Lichen Planus , which is very painful with no known complete cure. The sachets have softened the pain and after 4 weeks the pain and soreness is calmer and is helping her to cope. Our concern is the sachets do not seem to be available in the UK and we have to consider ordering from the US . There seems to be heavy delivery charges from the US and it looks like we may have to try other UK remedies. We are disappointed as we thought we had a found a remedy to help with pain.

This is actually helping me keep my belly weight off. It seems to be great for the whole digestive track not just the mouth.

I need something to help with persistent thrush. This along with medication has helped me beat the infection, where everything the doctor recommended failed.

I will reserve judgment for my next dentist visit, but it is easily dissolvable in a mouthful of water and, as part of the nighttime routine, it seems like a good idea to populate good bacteria while I sleep. Convenient little packets, make it easy to travel with.

I notice it helps my oral health--my mouth feels better and my teeth feel stronger. It also helps me with my GI issues to some degree, easing pain and discomfort. I suffer from dry mouth from using a CPAP, and because of some of the medications I take. I developed a bad case of thrush which was very persistent despite two different medications that were supposed to get rid of it. Once I started using MouthFlora along with the medication the thrush went away. And, the MouthFlora helps keep my mouth from getting so dry. It's easy to use, and tastes pretty good.
