I didn't think I was going to like this floss when I initially pulled it out of the dispenser because the texture is thicker and tougher feeling than traditional floss. So it is a little rougher on your skin, particularly if you wrap too tightly around your fingers as you use it, but it makes the floss more effective and more durable as you use it. It's less likely to fray and does a better job getting all the little food bits with one pass through instead of multiple attempts like my old floss. I think it's safe to say this won me over!

This is some really high quality dental floss. I've been used to the cheap name brand stuff you get that's covered in mint flavored wax and is so thin it cuts your gums. This than a floss is made from mulberry silk has a good heft and strength to it and is very easy to use.

It does a good job cleaning in between my teeth and it has a fairly neutral, mild taste to it. I was surprised at how much difference there is between a high quality mulberry silk floss and the plastic type flosses that are so common. The mulberry silk is really a vast improvement.

I definitely recommend this to anybody and everyone and find the quality of the product makes it a terrific value for the price.

These floss are thicker than floss I have used. I was a little bit skeptical about them at first, but they slide in and out easily for me. And the thickness of the floss actually helps clean the gap better in my opinion. It actually scrub the gap than just slide food residue out. It feels different. The case stores the floss well and also cuts the floss easily. I would definitely give these mulberry silk floss a try.

This floss has no taste or smell. It feels soft and slippery. I have exceptionally tightly spaced teeth, and it did break 3/4 of the way through, but I could make do with half a piece to finish. I’m of the mind that there are a some acceptable trade offs when you wish to avoid something harmful. If I want to avoid plasticizers, I’m willing to accept the trade off of having to handle silk floss a bit more gingerly. In the future, I will probably slightly move the part that goes between the teeth as I go along, so that it doesn’t weaken on just one spot. Another positive of this floss is that it is compatible with homeopathic protocols, where mint is intentionally avoided.
